The chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has stated that ongoing court cases are hindering the Commission from effectively performing its duties.
He noted that the anti-graft agency is unable to investigate corruption cases in 10 states due to court orders. Olukoyede made this announcement in Abuja on Monday during the 6th EFCC/National Judicial Institute (NJI) capacity-building workshop for judges and justices.
